I'm Lizzy - your Inner Connection Coach. Born in Aus, living in Edinburgh, with my partner Bethany and our cat Percy. Life feels pretty joyous and deeply satisfying, but this wasn't always the case. I once thought my life was not my own to live and I was terrified of living. I felt invisible and tried to carve out a life that was “right” where I could hide and be safe…. yet I felt completely disconnected from myself, and the world around me. I remember thinking “this can’t be it. This can’t be my life”. I knew if I didn't do something then, life would go by and I would never truly live a life that was mine. So I embarked upon a decade-long journey of coming home to myself,  developing a deep self-trust and belonging within, and finding MY authetic path and direction.

 

My background is in psychology, leadership, transformational coaching, and menstrual cycle awareness. And I'm now on a mission to help you come home to yourself, and find such a deep sense of trust and belonging within, you will know and live your authentic path and direction.

The core of my coaching is cycle awareness and embodiment. I'm a firm believer that our bodies are home to innate wisdom. When we can harness our inner wisdom, we can reach our full potential.
