Move With Your Rhythm is a 12-week journey that helps you work with your body, not against it. You’ll learn to move in a way that feels joyful, safe, and sustainable — all while understanding your menstrual cycle, energy patterns, and natural rhythm. The emphasis is on your connection and relationship with yourself, from the inside out.

What’s Included?
Weekly Online Support
Three short movement sessions each week (10–15 minutes) plus a guided walk. These are designed to fit into your life, not take over it. Each session helps you move your body safely, joyfully, and in a way that works for your energy that day. You’ll build strength, feel more grounded, and start enjoying movement — without pressure or comparison.
Fortnightly Zoom Calls
Every two weeks, we’ll come together live to explore the connection between your body, your energy, and your menstrual cycle. We’ll cover everything from understanding your natural rhythm, to feeling confident in your movement, to managing low-energy days. Can’t make it live? No problem — all sessions are recorded for you to watch at your convenience.
Email Guidance & Journal Prompts
Every week, you’ll receive emails with gentle guidance, reflections, and practical exercises to help you connect more deeply with your body. These prompts give you space to notice patterns, celebrate wins, and work with yourself rather than against yourself.

Dates & Schedule
When does it start?
Move With Your Rhythm begins Monday, 23rd March (first day of spring). The journey runs for 12 weeks, ending with an optional in-person day to bring everything together.
What if the exact schedule doesn’t fit my calendar?
We understand life is busy! Exact times and dates for Zoom calls and in-person gatherings will be shared once you sign up, along with access to all recordings and resources so you can follow at your own pace.
FAQI’ve never exercised before — is this program for me?
Absolutely! Move With Your Rhythm is designed for beginners and women returning to movement. The sessions are short, manageable, and focused on helping you feel strong and confident in your own body — at your own pace.
What if I can’t make a Zoom call?
No problem! All calls are recorded, so you can watch whenever it suits you. You’ll still get the same insights, guidance, and connection — without missing out.
Is this about weight loss?
Not at all. This program is about confidence, connection, and understanding your body - physically and emotionally. You’ll learn to move in ways that feel good for you, not to fit anyone else’s expectations.
I’m on contraception / have an irregular cycle — will this still help me?
Yes! You’ll learn to work with your unique energy patterns and natural rhythm, whatever your cycle looks like. The focus is on helping you understand your body and build confidence, not following a rigid template.
I’m worried I won’t stick to 12 weeks - is it too much?
The program is flexible and designed to fit your life. You can progress at your own pace, with short, manageable movement sessions, guided Zooms, and weekly reflections. The emphasis is on consistency without pressure.
I don’t feel like I fit in with fitness programs — will I belong here?
Yes! This is a space free from judgment, comparison, or “performative” fitness. It’s about connection, self-trust, and working with your body, not against it. Everyone is at their own pace — you belong exactly as you are.
