Menstrual Cycle Awareness Training and Menstrual Health Coaching for Workplace Inclusion, Leadership & Employee Wellbeing

Tailored Menstrual Cycle Awareness Solutions for Your Organisation

Menstrual cycle awareness is deeply connected to leadership, diversity, and employee wellbeing — it is not a standalone issue.

Many organisations want to support menstruating employees but struggle to implement practical, realistic initiatives that work for everyone. That’s where I help.

I work with your leadership, HR teams, and managers to design and deliver training, workshops, coaching, and policies that empower menstruators and drive meaningful change across your organisation.

This work also includes support for perimenopausal and menopausal employees. While menstrual cycle awareness is my core specialty, I’m also trained in perimenopause and menopause education and bring the same body-based, emotionally intelligent, and wellbeing-focused approach. These transitions are not separate—they are all part of the female life cycle. Addressing them together helps your organisation create policies and cultures that truly support women and menstruators at every stage of their working lives.

Menstrual Cycle Awareness: The Cornerstone of Self-Awareness and Leadership Development

Telling women and menstruators to be self-aware without acknowledging the impact of their menstrual cycle is like handing them a map without showing them where they are.

Self-awareness is foundational to effective leadership, personal growth, and high performance. In my own leadership journey — from running early-career programmes to managing a £1.5 million sales team — self-awareness was never optional. It wasn’t about being the most experienced or the most confident; it was about being willing to understand yourself, adapt, and grow. That’s what makes a high performer, and it’s what creates resilient, emotionally intelligent teams.

And yet, many leadership programmes fail to include one of the most profound influences on self-awareness for women and people who menstruate: the menstrual cycle.

The menstrual cycle affects energy, emotional regulation, confidence, communication, and self-perception — all of which feed directly into how someone leads, relates to others, and shows up at work.

Menstrual Cycle Awareness and Workplace Menstrual Health Coaching helps menstruators identify the natural inner patterns that shape their strengths and challenges across the month. When leaders understand these patterns, they’re better equipped to manage their energy, make strategic decisions, and bring more self-compassion and clarity to their work.

Cycle awareness doesn’t just help individuals thrive — it strengthens teams, supports psychological safety, and contributes to truly inclusive leadership.

If we want women’s leadership to flourish, we have to create workplaces where their full selves — including their bodies— are welcome.

Leadership & Self-Leadership Coaching for Teams & Individuals

In addition to menstrual cycle awareness training and menstrual health coaching, I offer bespoke leadership development and self-leadership training and coaching for women and menstruators at all career stages.

Whether you want to build confidence, improve emotional regulation, or unlock your full potential as a leader, or for your team, I provide tailored individual and group coaching that complements and deepens the impact of menstrual cycle awareness work.

Testimonials

Lizzy ran two sessions with us, both of which were highly anticipated across our business and did not disappoint. Our first session was a fully inclusive approach to education on menstrual health in the workplace. The second session was a more intimate and self reflective session which enabled us to focus on understanding and listening to our bodies. Both sessions received fantastic feedback from all who attended. Our Womens Network are very proud of these sessions and the message they carried around empowerment and change. As a business, we believe in the importance of sessions like these, that feed into our culture of inclusivity, bringing your full self to work and living a life that is healthy and flexible. Thanks again Lizzy
