What is Move With Your Rhythm?

Move With Your Rhythm is a 12-week journey that helps you work with your body, not against it. You’ll learn to move in a way that feels joyful, safe, and sustainable — all while understanding your menstrual cycle, energy patterns, and natural rhythm. The emphasis is on your connection and relationship with yourself, from the inside out.
 

By the end of 12 weeks, you will:

  • Feel confident moving your body, and know what works for you

  • Understand your menstrual cycle and energy patterns

  • Know how to navigate low-energy or challenging days

  • Build consistent movement habits without burnout

  • Reduce shame and quiet your inner critic

  • Feel physically stronger and emotionally empowered

Fortnightly Zoom Calls: Every two weeks, we’ll explore the connection between your body, energy, and menstrual cycle. You’ll learn to move with your rhythm, build confidence, and navigate low-energy days. Can’t make it live? All sessions are recorded.

 

Email Guidance & Journal Prompts: Weekly tips, reflections, and exercises help you connect deeply with your body and track your progress at your own pace.

In Person Day (Optional): Bring everything together with:

  • Cycle Wisdom Map – visualise your energy patterns

  • Womb Healing Journey – reconnect with your body

  • Letter to Your Body Exercise – honour yourself and celebrate your growth
     

WhatsApp Community: Two private channels — one for movement, one for cycle awareness. Ask questions, share reflections, and connect with women on the same journey.
 

This program is designed to help you feel supported, empowered, and confident every step of the way. It’s about building sustainable habits and learning to move with your body — not against it.
